We Have Partnered With WalkSafe To Keep You Safe

Here at Genting Casinos, your safety is our priority, and we feel that it is our duty to enhance public safety and ensure that you feel protected from any harm or danger when travelling to and from our casinos at any time of the day.

We understand the importance of safeguarding and want to do everything we can to prevent dangerous situations from occurring when visiting us, so we are therefore pleased to announce our partnership with WalkSafe; a free online personal safety app to provide you with safety at your fingertips.

The WalkSafe app is designed to help users plan their routes and stay safe while walking alone. It includes a ‘safe haven’ feature which gives users the chance to seek help if they believe they’re being followed, harassed or threatened. All of our casinos are classed as safe spaces meaning that if you were to find yourself in a vulnerable situation, we would provide you with shelter, assistance and any support you may require, whether that be calling the police, medical assistance or a taxi to get you home safely.

The app also allows you to share your location with trusted friends and family to provide peace of mind and extra security. On the safety map, our venues are clearly highlighted to include our contact and location details, should you need to take refuge or contact us in times of distress. Not only will you be able to identify us on the WalkSafe app, but we will also have stickers in our windows and posters within our casinos so you can clearly see that we are a WalkSafe accredited venue.

We take public safety very seriously and along with WalkSafe we also have other safety measures in place such as CCTV cameras inside and surrounding our casinos and highly trained security staff to ensure you feel protected and allow a positive experience when visiting us.
