- This promotion is open to all My Genting Card Holders aged 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from promotion. If not registered, customers can sign up on the day of entry. Genting operates a challenge 25 policy, so please ensure that you bring your photographic ID with you.
- The My Genting App, Challenges and Badges promotion is available to My Genting customers who have downloaded the My Genting app, available on IOS and android devices.
- These terms may change or be updated from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated about significant changes. Any revised terms will, however, be binding upon their upload to our Rewards website/app. General My Genting Rewards App Terms and Conditions can be found here.
GENERAL BADGE/CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Challenges/badges will be available within the My Genting App for customers to complete, My Genting reward points (please see ‘Points’ section for more details) will be awarded for customers to redeem for the completion of challenges and badges.
- The Badge type will be detailed in the app along with the associated challenges and the requirements of each challenge/badge.
- The number of challenges required to complete a badge will vary between badges.
- Points will be awarded for each challenge/badge completed.
- Points awarded for completion of challenges and badges will be clearly stated on the App.
- When the minimum number of required challenges have been completed for a badge, the badge will be marked as complete, any remaining challenges will still be available to complete up until the point where the badge expires/resets/progresses.
- Once a challenge/badge is completed it must be verified (see Track and Award section for further details), once verified the customer will be eligible to redeem any applicable points for that challenge/badge by pressing the ‘Redeem now’ button on the challenge/badge.
- Once badges/challenges are no longer available to complete, the reward(s) for any challenges/badges which have been completed but not redeemed will be moved to the ‘Unclaimed Rewards’ wallet. Unredeemed rewards will remain within the wallet for 30 days and if not redeemed within that time will be forfeited.
- Once a challenge/badge has been redeemed the associated points will be added to the customers My Genting account.
- Expiry dates/promotional periods may vary between badges, where applicable these will be detailed on each badge within the app.
- Challenges/badges not completed within the applicable expiry dates/promotional periods will be removed from the app.
- Completed badges/challenges will turn Gold and be moved to the Badge History section of the app upon completion/reset/expiry.
- The promotor reserves the right to terminate, amend, add or remove challenges/badges but all Participating customers will be informed of any changes 30 days prior.
- Challenges/rewards are non-transferable.
Challenge types
Casino- Visit based challenges; -
It is required that the customer log each visit by presenting their My Genting card to a member of the reception team on entry each day they visit a Casino. If the member does not use their card, the visit will not be counted towards the promotion. It is the participating customers’ responsibility to ensure each visit is registered.
For the purposes of this promotion visits are counted per gaming day (see definition of a gaming day).
Resorts World Birmingham venue challenges- (Santai Spa, Genting Hotel, Vortex, Sky Bar & Restaurant, Resorts World Vouchers)
To qualify you must provide your e-mail address upon purchase or booking / at each venue and this E-mail address must match the E-mail address provided on your Genting Casino member profile (this may not be the same as the email associated with your app account), Please check these details at the venue if you have booked through a 3rd party such as booking.com.
The Challenge can only be completed by the purchasing member only.
- Santai Spa/Vortex/Sky Bar & Restaurant / Resorts World Vouchers only one purchase per calendar day per venue counts towards completion of challenges. -
For Resorts World Voucher purchases these can be made online only via the Resorts World Vouchercart website here.
Only fully completed purchases will result in the challenge being marked complete. For Genting Hotel this would be after checkout.
Casino- Play based challenges; -
For Electronic Roulette (E-Table) and Slot challenges your card must be inserted into the terminal at the start of play in order for your play to be tracked and for challenges to be verified.
For Live gaming you must hand over your card to the dealer/inspector and play must be recorded.
A maximum of one play per game type/machine type, per gaming day will count towards the completion of any challenges/badges. (See definition of a gaming day)
Table games, Slots and E-Table games are subject to availability and individual casino table offerings, they cannot always be opened on request.
Definition of a Gaming Day
A casino gaming day is 06:00- 05:59 the following day. Individual casino opening/closing times can be found at https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/casinos.
Promotional Periods
- There are three different types of promotional periods that can be applied to the above badge types, these are;
- Monthly
- On-going
- Fixed promotional period
Monthly Badges
- Monthly Badges will have the promotion period from 06:00 on the first of the month until 05:59 on the first day of the following calendar month.
- Monthly challenges/badges will be available each month regardless of whether the previous months challenge/badge has been completed or not.
- Any monthly challenges/badges not completed by 05:59 on the first day of each calendar month for the previous month, will be removed.
On-going Badges
- On-going badges don’t have a defined promotional period and may be eligible for reset once all required challenges for the badge have been completed.
- As per point 17, in the event that any on-going badge is to be removed, we will provide 30 days’ notice.
- When completed, badges and the associated challenges will reset at the start of the next calendar month.
Fixed promotional period
- Badges may have a fixed promotional period which will be clearly displayed on the APP.
TRACK AND AWARD
All challenges should be tracked & awarded within 48 hour(s) of completion. If you believe you have completed a challenge but it has not been tracked correctly, please contact the customer service team using this link (link to CS)
POINTS
Once awarded, points redeemed in the app will be valid for 12 months and are subject to the terms & conditions of My Genting Rewards. Full terms and conditions for My Genting can be located at the casino reception or online at; https://www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/mygenting-rewards/
GENERAL
- The Promoters accept no responsibility or liability for any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from this promotion.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, system calculation errors or non-use of My Genting Cards during a visit.
- Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.
- The Promoters reserve the right to: i. Void any challenges/badges (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms; ii. Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or iii. Exclude participation where participants are subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
In the event that a customer has their membership to Genting Casino revoked during the promotion period or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from any further participation in the promotion.
MY GENTING APP DELETION
If a customer chooses to delete their My Genting App this will not delete their casino membership account, a record of all challenges, badges, rewards and associated information will be stored should the customer decide to download the app and re-register. Deletion of the My Genting App will not serve to extend the expiry of any challenges/badges beyond their initial validity period. Should you wish to discuss your casino membership, please contact your local casino at first instance.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This promotion and any dispute in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
