• Chip Warrants are available to invited customers only who are 18 years or over except employees of Genting Casinos Ltd, their families, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• Chip Warrants are single use only and are subject to the following conditions;

Chip Warrant Terms

• The value and details of the chip warrant will be shown on the front of the chip warrant and must match the validating system to be eligible for redemption.
• Cannot be used with any other promotion or voucher on the same day.
• Valid for the customer named on the chip warrant only.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
• No change will be given.
• Unless specifically stated on the voucher as a single bet, the chip warrant may be broken down into smaller promotional bets subject to the table minimum.
• Chip Warrants are only valid on Live Table Games subject to the table availability at the time of redemption.
• Chip Warrants can only be redeemed at the following participating Genting Casinos: -

How to Redeem

• A Valid Chip Warrant should be taken to the cash desk where it will be validated prior to any promotional chips being issued.
• If successfully validated, the cashier will present the customer with promotional chips to the value stated on the validating system.
• Once issued with the promotional chips, the customer should proceed to take the promotional chips directly to the table.

Specific Game Conditions Additional specific restrictions for each individual game apply as shown below: -

Roulette On even chance outside betting, If zero comes in, you will receive half the value of the promotion chip back and the current promotional chip will be retained.

Blackjack Chip Warrants and the associated promotional chips can’t be used on any side bets including Blackjack Aces. You may Double Down or Split at your own cost if you have no remaining promotional chips.

Baccarat Chip Warrants and the associated promotional chips can’t be used on any side bets and therefore can only be used for a bet on Baccarat Player or Bank only.

General Terms and Conditions The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Anyone found abusing or breaching the spirit of this promotion will be prevented from participating in any further promotional activity.

The Promoters reserve the right to:

• Refuse to accept any chip warrant if a chip warrant appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged, defaced, forged or reconstructed;
• Void any chip warrant (and any reward if necessary) in the event of non-member entry, entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms;
• Amend, alter or terminate this promotion or any specific entries in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or
• Exclude participation where entrants are or have been subject to any barring, suspension or self-exclusion.
• In the event that a participant who has received a chip warrant has their membership to Genting Casino revoked or enters into a Self-Exclusion agreement via SENSE they will be excluded from this promotion.
• Any disputes must be raised immediately with the Duty Manager.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Duty Manager will be final subject to the Dispute Policy.
