Want a break?

Time Out

If you want to take a short break from gambling with us, you can do so by taking a Time-Out.

Once you begin your Time-Out, you will not be able to enter any Genting site. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until your chosen period has ended.

If you wish to impose an account Time-Out or have any queries, please speak to one of our Casino Managers for more information.

SENSE Self Enrolment National Self Exclusion

If you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem or believe you currently have a gambling problem, please consider enrolling in SENSE option. Find out more by clicking here.

SENSE is a free service that enables you to self-exclude from all land based Casino gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.

You will be excluded for a minimum period of 6 months.

What happens when you self-exclude? During a period of Self-Exclusion, you will not be able to use your account for betting and gambling.

We will remove you from our marketing databases, we also suggest that you remove Genting from your notifications and delete/uninstall all Genting apps and downloads as well as blocking/unfollowing Genting social media accounts.

If you want to stop playing for other reasons, please consider a Time-Out.

Protecting Minors

Gambling under the age of 18 is a criminal offence. Genting takes its responsibilities to prevent access by under-18s very seriously indeed.

If there are concerns about minors getting access to gambling websites, there is filtering software that can be used to protect minors from seeing gambling related sites, these include:

  • Net-Nanny filtering software protects children from inappropriate web content. Visit the page here
  • CYBERsitter filtering software allows parents to add their own sites to block. Visit the page here

It is also advised to check your own media system for inbuilt parental controls.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual dress is fine for our casinos, but if you want to feel a bit more James Bond; Casino Royale and opt for a tux – we won’t say no!

Smart jeans and smart trainers are acceptable, however, football shirts, muscle/vest tops are not. Caps and other hats are also a no for the security and safety of all our members, as it is vital that we can see people clearly on our CCTV system.

Can I play with you online?

Yes, you can play with our online casino partners at www.GentingCasino.com

Can I just watch people play?

If you just want to watch our croupiers and customers playing casino games, that’s fine, however seats and positions immediately in front of the table are reserved for players.

Can I talk to the Croupier?

You can of course talk to the croupiers but please remember that during busy times they have to look after a large number of customers. It would be a good idea to spend some time watching what the other players do, so that you know what is appropriate. They can help you with the rules of the game but they cannot give advice on how to bet.

Can I set or change personal limits on my gaming?

Yes, you can. At The Palm Beach Casino we take responsible gambling very seriously and believe it is important for everyone to stay in control by setting personal limits. Safer gambling is at the heart of everything we do, and our casino staff are on hand to help you make responsible choices by informing you of the risks associated with gambling, as well as the tools available to help you stay within your limits. Please speak to a member of our in-casino team and they will be more than happy to help.

Do I need to book before I visit?

No, there is no need to book before you visit The Palm Beach. However, if you’re visiting our Restaurant and wish to book a table; you book your table here and if you're visiting the Lounge Bar and wish to book a table, booth or package; you can contact us here
